Customization Without Unnecessary Complexity

Customize a proven model before developing a new mold

Most packaging differentiation can be created without changing the glass shape. Start with surface, branding, components and retail packaging, then move into exclusive tooling only when geometry itself must be unique.

Need an exclusive shape?

Move into custom mold development only after the product brief is clear and a standard model cannot achieve the required geometry.

Buyer FAQ

Questions buyers ask before sampling and production

How is the minimum order quantity determined for glass bottles, candle jars, and accessories? +

MOQ depends on the product and manufacturing route. An existing standard item can have different requirements from a fresh production run, decorated product, special component or custom mold, and printing, colors, caps, lids or gift boxes may each have their own minimums. The practical MOQ is confirmed after the model, finish, component set, packaging and target quantity are clear rather than applying one fixed minimum to every project.

Can I combine different bottle or jar models in one order? +

Mixed-model orders can be discussed, especially when the selected items use existing molds and standard components. Each SKU still needs to be reviewed for its own MOQ, color, decoration, closure and packing requirements, because different production processes cannot always be combined into one manufacturing run. Send us a model-by-model quantity list and note which items need custom colors, logos, caps, lids or boxes. We can then confirm what can share one shipment, which items need separate production, and whether the overall order is commercially practical.

What is the difference between stock products, standard production, and custom-mold packaging? +

A stock or readily available item is an existing model that may be sampled quickly. Standard production also uses an existing mold, but a fresh batch may need to be produced in the required quantity or color. Custom-mold packaging changes the container structure itself and requires design review, tooling and trial samples. Many brand projects can stay with an existing mold and create differentiation through color, decoration, caps, lids and boxes.

What factors affect the price of custom glass packaging? +

The final price depends on more than the empty container. Capacity, glass weight, shape, order quantity, surface finish, printing area, number of colors, pump or lid choice, gift-box structure, protective packing and transport all affect the quotation. For a fair supplier comparison, make sure each quote covers the same finished specification—container, decoration, components and packaging—rather than comparing an undecorated bottle with a complete retail-ready set.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order? +

Yes. Existing product samples are useful for checking size, weight, appearance and basic fit. Decorated or component-matched samples are more appropriate when color, logo, coating, lids, applicators or retail packaging are important to the decision.

Sample availability, charges, decoration cost and courier freight depend on the project. Use the approved sample or specification as the reference before bulk production begins.
